After a successful 2+ year partnership freelancing, I was asked to join the team as Y&C’s Creative Director. The goal was to establish and galvanize the department across its 3 locations (Connecticut, Vancouver, and Turkey). Core responsibilities have included elevating the creative product and looking to develop a Y&C approach to design thinking and shared goals. This has been executed across core disciplines to Y&C and working with associates in their divisions (MashLive and Sugered Studios).

As the principal owner, I am the client-facing, creative consulting, and design executing chief. After 15+ years of working with different models, from start-ups to integrated agencies, I decided to focus this phase of my career on getting closer to the work and clients with a vested interest in true brand experiences. Whether they are experiential, digital, print, or video, I look to design a stage for a client’s narrative.
